The Ballet Master was the man giving directions to Jeremy at the beginning of the Season 5 episode Under My Skin. He was portrayed by actor Scott Dawson.
He informed the other members of staff that Jeremy's back was not at full strength. He also noted that although Jeremy didn't have the prestige to challenge the conductor, his dancing partner Penelope did.
