Well, I contacted four people about chosing their favorite for next month's featured article, but I didn't hear back from anyone.

As such, it's my choice. Using my highly scientific method (hitting the random article button), I finally landed on House, M.D. This turns out to be a great choice as the article is out of date. Please help raise it to featured article status! SteveHFisyh (talk) 03:02, January 13, 2016 (UTC)

Neither of the two people who had the opportunity made a choice, so it's on me again. For assistance in announcing the subject of the December features article, I take some help from the subject's history:

If you people leave my wiki, if you survive editing training, you will be a weapon. You will be a minister of death praying for editing war. But until that day you are pukes. You are the lowest form of life on Earth. You are not even human fIcking beings. You are nothing but unorganized grabastic pieces of amphibian sh*t! Because I am hard, you will not like me. But the more you hate me, the more you will learn. I am hard but I am fair. There is no racial bigotry here. I do not look down on n*ggers, k*kes, w*ps or greasers. Here you are a…

Sorry for being so late this month - we're practically half way through. Excuses Excuses. Well, forgot it was October (was on vacation), when I remembered, the wiki was locked for maintenance, and the only person eligible to pick didn't get back to me. Oh, and I went to see "The Martian" last night.

So, it's my choice and I will have to work hard on Diagnosis. It's a touch choice, but it's the cornerstone of the show. Please feel free to help to raise it to featured article status!SteveHFisyh (talk) 02:20, October 15, 2015 (UTC)

For those who haven't guessed by now, since I have access to a special page that shows me where the missing articles are (the "red links"), I progressively worked on this wiki by starting with articles that linked to as many pages as possible. Soon, there were no red links that apppeared more than three times. After a little while more, I got rid of all the red links that appeared on two pages and vanquished most of those.

However, for the past several months (don't ask how many), most of the articles I have been working on are "orphans" - those where there is only a single missing link. For the most part, I just added a link to Wikipedia or IMDB, although I filled out an infobox for characters. There used to be well over a thousand of thes…

    The race is on!

    November 4, 2014 by SteveHFisyh

The race is on to choose December's featured article.  This month, the first person to choose gets their choice. However, only one person gets asked a day, so the first person chosen (who has already received notification) gets a 23 hour head start on the field. Well, this month's winner didn't get back to me again, so I got to choose Two Stories for the next featured article. Please help improve Two Stories to featured article status the rest of September. Or work on Peter Weller. Whatever.

Also, given no winner has responded for three months, I'm changing the rules next month. Thank you

    May 23, 2012 by SteveHFisyh

Thank you to all of you who edited and visited the wiki on May 22. We had over 90,000 page views and over 200 edits.

Although those lazy slobs at Universal are done, we're obviously nowhere near finished here. I will continue to work on the Wiki almost as hard, and I clearly have a few patient case histories to finish and some episode articles to clean up. However, I do hope to spend some time at some of the other Wikis that I've been neglecting.

I am very gratified at the response to this wiki during the six odd years I've been editing here. Given that even on a bad day we get about 5,000 views, it's nice that people enjoy the Wiki that much. Back when we got information on views per page, some of the pages had well over 200,000 views.…
