House was canvassing the airliner for pharmaceuticals and noted that the businesswoman had herpes. He asked for her acyclovir, but she denied having either herpes or acyclovir. However, her seatmate sheepishly handed over his acyclovir, which led House to respond in a mocking tone what a coincidence that was. She then shot an angry look at her seatmate, but the incident led most of the other passengers to give up their medication.
