Cecile Arrington is the ex-wife of Henry Arrington and the mother of Amy Arrington.

Cecile and Henry got divorced after Cecile cheated, he forgave her, and she cheated again. However, some number of years after the divorce, she had sex with Henry again, this time giving him an STD. Eventually, Henry got sick from a combination of the STD and brucellosis. After he was cured by heart transplant, she visited him again. Amy said that if Henry had sex with Cecile again, he would have to wear a condom, because the heart he was given had gonorrhea.
