Cindy was the beauty queen in the Season 8 episode The Confession. She was portrayed by actress Carlie Casey.
Carlie accepted a ride home from Bob Harris, but they wound up having sex at a motel. At the motel, Bob had a heart attack, but begged Cindy not to call an ambulance and to drive him to the hospital instead.
Later, the team examines Cindy to see if she has any condition that could have set off Bob's heart attack. She begs the team not to tell anyone that she was the one who had an affair with Bob as it would ruin her reputation in her home town.
