Dr. Brady was the hospital administrator who wanted to hire Eric Foreman but was afraid his Board of Directors wouldn't agree. He was portrayed by actor Scott Alan Smith.
Brady had heard about what Foreman had done at New York Mercy Hospital in ignoring the wishes of his boss. However, Brady knew Dr. Schaffer and agreed that Eric was probably right in ignoring her. Although he wanted to hire Eric, he didn't think he had the guts to face down his board of directors to do it.
