Holly was the woman who died playing tennis in the Season 5 episode Not Cancer.
Medical History
Five years previously, Holly had received a kidney transplant due to an unknown condition.
Case History
While playing tennis, Holly's heart fails and she collapses, dead. The case comes to House's attention when three other organ recipients from Holly's donor die, and a fourth becomes sick.
It is eventually discovered that the donor was infected with cancerous stem cells. They had been transferred to Holly through the kidney. They spread to her heart where they became defective tissue, resulting in the wall of the heart bursting.
