House and Wilson find the 'Vette in House's parking spot in place of House's car. After some initial skepticism on Wilson's part, he rapidly falls in line with House's facile rationalizations for keeping the gift. House and Wilson later enjoy a night out driving the 'Vette, during which Wilson offers views on gear selection which differ from House's and which are promptly overruled and ignored.
The 'Vette vanishes after this episode and is never seen or referred to again.
- House likely sold the car to cover his Vicodin addiction.
- Wilson possibly got House to sell it by pointing out it would be too much work to maintain. House likes to keep things simple unless its a case.
