Jeffrey Wright is a veteran American character actor who is now known internationally for playing the iconic role of Felix Leiter in the James Bond movie series. On House, M.D., he portrayed Dr. Walter Cofield, the doctor who decided House's fate in the Season 8 episode Nobody's Fault.

Wright first came to wide attention playing the title role in Basquiat. Since then, he has had featured roles in Ride With The Devil, Hamlet, Cement, Shaft, Boycott, Ali, D-Tox, The Manchurian Candidate, Broken Flowers, Syriana, Lady in the Water, Casino Royale, The Invasion, W., Quantum of Solace, Cadillac Records, Source Code and The Ides of March.
