Kama Walters is the sister of Jack Walters, the patient in the Season 3 episode Whac-A-Mole. She is the older of Jack's two siblings. Jack is her legal guardian as their parents are dead. She was portrayed by actress Cassi Thomson.
Kama is first seen when she asks a very busy Jack for a refill on her soft drink at the pizza place he works at. He tells her to go get it herself. She remarks to her brother Will that it's no wonder he doesn't get any tips.
When Jack collapses, she informs the paramedics that their parents are dead and Jack is their legal guardian.
Foreman tries to comfort Kama while she helps with a procedure. When she asks if Jack is going to die, Foreman tells her nobody's going to die. She responds "No one ever? That's cool".
Kama is put in the care of a foster family when Jack refuses a bone marrow transplant from Will.
