Wilson is speed dating and is increasingly exasperated that his dates only want to talk about cancer when they find out he is an oncologist. Leeanne tells him that her aunt and grandma both died from breast cancer.
Wilson: I'm an oncologist.
Leeanne: Oh, my aunt and my grandma, they both died from breast cancer.
Wilson: Do-do you wanna talk about it?
