Matthew Lyn Lillard (born January 24, 1970) is an American movie, television, stage, voice actor, movie and television director and producer. He is known for his roles as Chip Sutphin in Serial Mom, Emmanuel "Cereal Killer" Goldstein in Hackers, Stevo in SLC Punk, Billy Brubaker in Summer Catch, Jerry Conlaine in Without a Paddle, Joey in Home Run Showdown, Jack Rusoe in Return to Nim's Island and as Shaggy Rogers in all of the live-action Scooby-Doo movies and as his voice in the animated movies and in the 2011 animated series.

In 2012, look for him in the movie Lawless.
