Michael Bailey Smith is an American actor, probably best known for his role as Belthazor, the Source of All Evil, on the television series Charmed. On House, M.D., he portrayed Mendelson's henchman Sullivan in the Season 8 premiere Twenty Vicodin.
In addition to his imposing 6'4" stature, Smith is also an accomplished actor, having had featured roles in A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child, The Fantastic Four (1994), Nash Bridges, Men in Black II, Monster Man and My Name is Earl.
