Mrs. Ayersman is the wife of Dr. Ayersman in the Season 2 episode The Mistake. She was portrayed by actress Kate Enggren.
In order to get Ayersman to do a risky liver transplant on Kayla McGinley, House threatens to reveal to Mrs. Ayersman that Dr. Ayersman has been having an affair. Ayersman caves and does the surgery.
However, House lets Mrs. Ayersman know anyway and she reacts by keying her husband's car.
