The Patellar Tendon is one of the prime movers of the Knee joint. It is connected to the Patella and finishes off at the insertion to the Tibia. The Patellar Tendon is also frequented to Tendonitis and ruptures. Ruptures only occur if a patient is aged over 40, but sport stars can get this injury.
