Sarah is a transgender prostitute appearing in Knight Fall. She was hired by House to go on a double date with Wilson and Sam Carr. Sarah was played by the actor Carey Embry.

Knight Fall

Sarah went on a double dinner date with House, Wilson and his ex-wife Sam Carr. House hired her to embarrass Wilson and Sam however, they all got along well.

Sarah is described by Wilson as a 'transvestite prostitute'. However, Sarah's exact gender identity is unknown.

Originally, Sarah got House's name wrong, calling him Horace. Sarah and Sam Carr bonded over the fact that they were both originally from Bloomington. They both had been to Gino's, a bakery in Bloomington.

It is also revealed that Sarah used to work at a strip club in Bloomington.

Sam: I cannot believe you're from Bloomington.

Sarah: I know, isn't it amazing?

House: (sarcastically) Yeah, delightful.

Wilson: Ignore him. He's just upset that we're having fun.
