Skye McCole Bartusiak was an American actress. She portrayed the diver patient Mary Carroll in the Season 1 episode Kids.
Bartusiak started in movies at the age of seven in the TV mini-series Storm of the Century. Since then, she has appeared in numerous major productions such as The Cider House Rules, The Patriot and Riding in Cars with Boys. She has also appeared in numerous smaller roles and guest starring roles.

McCole Bartusiak died on July 19th, 2014 in her apartment behind her parents' home in Texas at the age of 21. While her mother believes her death was a result of her recent epileptic seizures, the coroner ruled her death as an accidental drug overdose. In October of 2014, the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences ruled her death an accident, citing the "combined toxic effects of hydrocodone and difluoroethane with carisoprodol" as the main cause of death.
