Tracy Howe is an American actor. On House, M.D., he portrayed Steve Howard the "cheating" boyfriend of Honey in the Season 3 episode Resignation.
Howe has had featured roles on Young Americans, Law & Order CI, The Guiding Light, 24, Blue Bloods and Parks and Recreation. He holds the distinction of being the first actor ever to appear on each of the first three versions of Law & Order.
